Data settings on our plans

As we always say, our plans includes unlimited data, but why sometimes the data isn't working? Mean you can't connect to the internet. This issue in 99% of the time is APN settings.

The APN setting is to let the phone how to use the data that is on the Sim card. We sell Simple Mobile plans and T-Mobile plans and setting up the APN for them is very easy.

Simple Mobile APN:
On iPhone: 
1. Go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Network
2. Add the word 'Simple' to the APN area.

On Android:
1. Go to Settings - Mobile Data (some phones say 'more') - Access Point Names
2. Add new APN to that menu by tapping the menu button
3. Add the word 'Simple' to the APN area.
4. Save and restart.

 

T-Mobile APN:
On iPhone:
1. Go to Settings - Cellular - Cellular Data Network
2. Add this 'fast.t-mobile.com' to the APN area.

On Android:
1. Go to Settings - Mobile Data (some phones say 'more') - Access Point Names
2. Add new APN to that menu by tapping the menu button
3. Add this 'fast.t-mobile.com' to the APN area.
4. Save and restart.

 

That's all, you're all set!
